• It's crazy to have the approach that you're going to get a kid a scholarship at age five or they're going to the pros at age 10. Let kids be kids. Mine play all kinds of sports. They're well-rounded and just kids. I encourage putting your kids in as many sports as they can handle and can play. It also keeps them busy and out of trouble.
