Game Notebook: Kellen Mond's road show, Hez Jones' big day & more

The narrative that quarterback senior Kellen Mond struggles in road games should be put to rest.

He completed 81.3 percent (26 of 32) of his passing attempts on Saturday in a 34-13 victory over Tennessee. He also had a touchdown run and a touchdown pass for the 18th time in his career.

It was the third consecutive road game in which Mond has excelled. In those games against South Carolina, Auburn and Tennessee, Mond has completed 60 of 81 passes for 701 yards and seven touchdowns.
