The Ags started the game off strong as they jumped out to a double digit lead early in the first half. It was a resemblance of the Mississippi State game the night before only this time the roles were switched and it was St. John's who found themselves in a deep hole.
From the time the ball was put into motion, A&M looked like a completely different team from the one that played less than 24 hours prior.
