• I always say this about safeties: I love safeties that are around the ball. It’s just a knack when the ball is there. It’s hard to put your finger on one thing that leads to that. You know they’ve got to play the ball and be a good tackler. Think about guys like Ronnie Lott. They’re always around the ball.
