Texas A&M catches the eye of five-star TE Arik Gilbert

Five-star Marietta (GA) tight end Arik Gilbert‍ stands in at 6-foot-5 and 250-pounds. His size and athleticism have college coaches from across the country hot on his trail. They have told him he can play anywhere from tight end to defensive end to outside linebacker, and even some running back, but Gilbert, who caught 88 passes for 1,210 yards and 14 TDs, has his eyes on offense.

“I like making plays and scoring touchdowns. I like having the ball in my hands,” Gilbert said.
