I have been surprised at how fast we have seen some of the improvements on the field. It really just looks like a night and day difference.

I don’t think Seth Small is a concern, he just needs experience. Small generates a lot of power, even with his smaller frame. He just needs to find a way to control his body and his ball, especially inside of 40 yards. I think as he gets more experience, he will start drilling the ball down the middle more.
