Game Review: Twenty thoughts on A&M's OT win over No. 13 Kentucky

October 9, 2018

1. I heard a little too much grumbling for one weekend following the Ags' 20-14 win over Kentucky and most of it centered around the offense struggling to score points or post big yardage totals. The Ags are still working to become a more opportunistic, explosive and mistake-free offense but continue to run the ball way, are efficient in the passing game, stay on the field and wear down opponents late. Without question, the Ags need more production at wide receiver, they need to limit costly turnovers, the blocking could improve and A&M needs to do a better job of capitalizing on a higher percentage of scoring opportunities.
