Texas A&M rose to the challenge of hosting a top 15 team under the lights in Kyle Field, knocking off the Wildcats 20-14 in overtime. Grit has become a mantra for Aggie football, and the character shown by this team has folks looking forward to a bright future in Aggieland.

Whether addressing the team or the media, Jimbo Fisher uses the word a lot and his team is clearly taking the repeated message to heart. The Ags showed plenty of resolve in their first big game of the Fisher Era at Kyle Field when they came from behind to take the then-No. 2 Clemson Tigers to the final snap.
