• What has stood out to me most on this top-25 coaches list is Bill Snyder. I don’t think he should be in the top 20, or maybe even the top 30. He writes thank you notes and letters to guys, and he graduates a lot of football players, but he is an 8-4, 9-3 football coach. I am a little bit bias because he runs a circa 1990 offensive and I don’t really like it. He's coached in a weak Big 12 North and a weak Big 12.
