Texas A&M returns to form, chokes out South Carolina, 83-60

The Aggies took another major step forward. Or maybe they had a flashback.

Whatever the case, Texas A&M (15-8, 4-6) regained its November form in posting a dominant, 83-60 Southeastern Conference basketball victory over South Carolina on Saturday afternoon at Reed Arena.

The Aggies outscored the visitors 40-18 in the paint, blocked 11 shots to tie their season-high and forced the inside-oriented Gamecocks (13-10, 4-6) out to the three-point line where they are unreliable.
