• You could recruit a one-star guy or a five-star guy, but when you show up day one for practice it means nothing anymore, you have to earn your start. The ultimate goal is not the stars you come in with, but the stars you leave with. This has been the downfall of our program, we have had a lot of five-star guys come in and then they disappear. We need more Myles Garrett-type players, the five-star guy that leaves as a five-star guy.
