Chemistry and a feeling of team ownership among upperclassmen could be
the foundation of a successful 2017 football season, Texas A&M coach
Kevin Sumlin seemed to suggest on Thursday.
During an informal conference with local media at the Slocum Nutrition Center, Sumlin praised older A&M players for enthusiastically welcoming in a group of 29 newcomers.
“I’ve said it all summer, I think the chemistry on this team is completely different than a lot of teams,” Sumlin said.
