Like many of you, my knee-jerk reaction here would be to say, “Is it possible for a defense to be much worse?” There were games against Tennessee, Mississippi State, the fourth quarter versus Ole Miss, and then the Ags closed the season out by making both LSU and Kansas State look like explosive offensive juggernauts.
Is it possible for a defense to improve after losing its best player and No. 1 overall draft pick?
