Washington (D.C.) St. John’s defensive end Tyree Johnson committed to Texas A&M on Friday, August 26, 2016. As a senior he earned USA Today All-D.C. Defensive Player of the Year honors after recording 60 tackles, 32 TFLs, 12 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and a safety. He will take his official visit to Texas A&M on January 20, and he will also take official visits to Michigan State (Jan. 13) and Auburn (Jan. 27).

Where did you feel you improved the most this fall?
My pass rush and physicality.
