Aggie players, coaches host "Countdown to Kickoff" dinner

I was one of the lucky ones that got invited by a former student -- the great Randy Birdwell -- to attend the closed football practice this afternoon at Kyle Field. The event was part of the first annual "Countdown to Kickoff" dinner, featuring every Texas A&M player, coach and staff member sitting amongst a sold out crowd of donors and A&M supporters in the Zone Club at Kyle Field. I want to personally thank Randy for inviting me after seeing me at practice on like day two of fall camp.
