A fourth down pass in the waning minutes fell short and so did a Texas
A&M rally as the Aggies fell to Kansas State, 33-28, in the Texas Bowl
on Wednesday night at NRG Stadium.
The Aggies (8-5) advanced to the Kansas State 19-yard line with just over two minutes remaining.
But on third-and-four, an option pitch to Keith Ford resulted in a four-yard loss. Then on fourth down Knight, under pressure, was unable to connect with Damion Ratley on an out route.
