Musings on A&M Football's last two weeks, the road ahead: Part One

• A lot of discussion this week has centered around Kevin Sumlin's body of work during his time in College Station and the trajectory of the program under the head coach's direction five years in. Rather than waste any more time dissecting this from every conceivable angle, I'm going to shelve that particular conversation on this end until after the season. We can debate what I'm about to say all day, but there's a reality we're dealing with here.
