"Oh for sure, you know we expect to by physical. That’s something we pride ourselves in. Like I mentioned earlier, there’s a real, blue collar work ethic in that room, and you know for someone else to say that you’re soft as an offensive lineman – that's one of the biggest insults that can be given in that room.
