By all accounts, Oakland High School product JaCoby Stevens is the best athlete in the state of Tennessee's 2017 class. The Murfreesboro native's offer list is a who's-who of big time programs in the region.Earlier this fall, Texas A&M threw its hat in the ring for Stevens' services.
"Coach Chavis has been recruiting me," Stevens said.
