Passing downfield isn’t always easy for a starting quarterback looking over his shoulder.
However, Texas A&M sophomore Kyle Allen said that he was not bothered when heralded freshman Kyler Murray entered the game in last week’s 38-17 victory over Arizona State.
In fact, Allen even suggested that he was OK with the change.
“If it helps our offense it helps our offense. I’m not the offensive coordinator. I’m just here to play football and do what the coaches tell me to do,” Allen said on Tuesday. “If Coach Spav and Coach Sumlin think if we get Kyler in the game we can move the ball a little more, then let’s do it. I’m all for it.
