TexAgs hires Jerrod Johnson as spring football analyst

It is my privilege to welcome the great Jerrod Johnson to the TexAgs staff! The former A&M quarterback holds countless school records and now he'll spend the next few weeks with us, providing his unique perspective and insight on Texas A&M football during spring ball.

Watch the video shown above, as Jerrod joined me after the Aggies' Thursday afternoon workout to announce his addition and to talk a about what he'll be doing for us this spring!

Among Jerrod's regular duties will include the following:

* Analyst on our new special show, "Spring Football Report," which we will record Wednesday nights at 5:30 p.m. at Johnny's Bar (Carino's) in College Station for the next three weeks. Jerrod will channel his inner Logan Lee as he hits the white board to talk Xs & Os. And we'll keep you up-to-date on the storylines and players sticking out during the spring season.

* Special video features from spring ball.

* Regular posts on the Premium forum, talking about the A&M team and sharing his own personal journey toward the NFL Draft.

* A few fun and unique interviews with A&M players and coaches.
