Irvin Smith looking ahead to time at Texas A&M

Football Recruiting: 2016 Brother Martin (La.) TE Irvin Smith

When Smith and his father visited the Texas A&M campus last month, they fell in love and dubbed the Aggies the perfect fit. The decision to commit right then during the visit was an easy one according to Smith.

"My dad and I couldn't have been more impressed with things," he said. "The facilities were obviously top notch, but it was a situation where it was just the perfect fit, so I committed."

Particularly, Smith and his father like the way A&M wants to utilize him in its offense.
