Texas A&M Football heads into the final month of summer before fall
camp holding 14 commitments for the 2016 class, landing seven in the
last month-and-a-half to provide a surge of momentum heading into this
week's dead period.
Assuming the Aggies will take a full class of 25, here's a look at how Kevin Sumlin and his staff could finish with another top-10 class.
Quarterback: After Channelview QB Jalen Hurts' commitment to Alabama, it's becoming more likely that the Ags may not take a quarterback in this class. A&M has two other in-state offers out to Liberty Christian's Nick Starkel and Aggie legacy Dillon Sterling-Cole of Westfield. The Aggies and Cole have seemingly mutually parted ways, and Starkel (an Oklahoma State commit) has yet to visit Aggieland.
