On the key to bouncing back after a loss to get back on track...
"Just sticking together. You come back after a loss and go to practice and have to get better from there. Coach Kennedy and the staff do a great job of preparing us for the games and we stick together and are able to preform at a very high level."On the intensity of the crowd and the student section...
"It's always a great feeling having the fans there to cheer you on and see the students supporting the hard work that you put in as a player. When they're loud, we feed off them and it gives us a lot of energy."On how it feels to see everyone on the team getting to play and having success...
"It means a lot. Not everyone sees how much hard work [Kyle Dobbins, Avery Johnson, Antwan Space, et al] put in during practice. And when the cameras aren't on, those guys work tremendously hard, just as hard as us, and for them to go out there and get the opportunity to play is a terrific feeling. We just want to encourage them when they're out there."On staying aggressive on offense and continually attacking the basket...
"Just staying poised. You can't let a few missed shots or a few blocked shots throw you off your game. You have to stay focused and stick to the game plan. If they give me looks, I'm attacking the rim. If not and I get a double team, I'll kick it out and get my teammates involved."On how much Alex Caruso's shooting can help improve this team...
"It helps a lot. He's a good shooter when he's in a rhythm and we know he can knock down three-pointers. He did a terrific job by knocking them down tonight and helped us get a victory."On what the Aggies have to do to get a win at Florida...
"We have to stick to the game plan. We know it's going to be a tough environment, regardless of their record and how many losses they have this year. It's still going to be a tough place to play. We have to stay poised when we get down and stick together as a team and find a way to come away with a victory."Never miss the latest news from TexAgs!
