First half thoughts

• The Aggies have dominated the points in the paint against almost every opponent this year, but in the first half versus the Gamecocks A&M scored 24 of its 34 points from behind the three-point line. Danuel House led his team by connecting on five of six three-point attempts (Caruso, Green and Allen also had one apiece).

• Texas A&M was able to get two fouls called on South Carolina's best player, Sindarius Thornwell, within the first two minutes of the game.
