Most will long remember the final two plays of the Aggies' final drive. While they're significant of a larger problem, the rest of the offensive developments were a mixed bag — albeit one that fell short in the end.

• First and foremost, if there was one thing that I walked away from Kyle Field particularly excited about on Saturday night, it was the performance of true freshman quarterback Kyle Allen.
