On August 22 of this year, Texas A&M fans were abuzz about the many things happening within the athletic department.
The football team was six days away from traveling to South Carolina to kick off the 2014 season on the new SEC Network. Phase I of the new Kyle Field was a couple of weeks away from debuting to great anticipation and fanfare in front of what would be the largest crowd in the state of Texas’ long football history.
