Man of the Hour: Kyle Allen's tough tasks

A young quarterback will always face pressure. Kyle Allen is no different.

On Saturday he’ll face pressure to stay up against the Auburn pass rush, and then to stay in the Texas A&M lineup.

Texas A&M offensive coordinator Jake Spavital on Tuesday said that the starting quarterback job now belongs to Allen. That is, if he’s able to hold on to it and stave off Kenny Hill.

"Right now, it's his to take,” Spavital said. “I see him going forward.
