#11 - Jarvis Harrison - OL - Sr.
Overall Thoughts:
- Ranked #23 in 30 in 30 rankings in 2012 and came in at #13 in 30 in 30 rankings in 2013.
- Entering fourth season as starter at left guard; rare to see a four-year starter at same spot on OL.
- Is an NFL talent. Has been a very solid and productive player up front for B.J. Anderson.
- Massive human being but is very athletic with outstanding feet.
- Flashed some versatility as he started two games at left tackle last year when Cedric Ogbuehi was out with an injury.
- Missed all of spring ball while recovering from shoulder surgery.
- Has outstanding size; listed at 6-4, 320 pounds which is exactly what you look for in an SEC interior offensive lineman.
- Came to A&M upwards of 340 and was very athletic even at that weight.
- Larry Jackson has done wonders with his frame as he is supremely athletic and quick at around 320.
- Very experienced football player asentering fourth season as a starter at left guard. Became a starter midway through redshirt freshman year in 2011 after Brian Thomas suffered an injury.
Projection:
- Fourth season as a starter and should be one of the best guards in the SEC.
- Is a very underrated player as you won't find him on many pre-season all-conference lists, but he should be.
- Will have a chance to be a top three round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft if he closes out his career with a nice senior season.
Fan vote notes:
- The fans voted defensive end Myles Garrett at #11
- Harrison came in at #16 on the fans' list
