Kendall Sheffield still keeping his options open

Sheffield has kept a low profile this offseason — but only because he’s been focused on winning gold at this year’s state track meet.

Last weekend Sheffield realized that goal by taking home two gold medals in the 110- and 300-meter hurdles after finishing second last year to Tony Brown in both events. Sheffield is looking to run track as well as play football at the next level, so he will be seeking a school with good programs in each sport.
