A prospect that makes a commitment to a program and then changes his mind typically is seen as a bad guy, especially if he does it late in the recruiting process.
A kid that can’t seem to make a decision, strings along various teams and just seems to bask in the attention of the recruiting process can be red-flagged as selfish and potentially problematic.
