On how he feels coming out of the spring…

“Well, I was actually pleased with where we finished the spring in terms of basically accomplishing the goals that we set out as we started spring. I think the big thing for us is always just getting that foundation of knowledge place for those guys, particularly the new guys. Josh (Reynolds) and Speedy (Noil) were the only two new guys, so a lot of them already had a good foundation coming into spring.
