From an early age Jamal Jeffery knew which school he wanted to play college football for. His father was always a big Texas A&M fan and so Jamal grew up watching the Aggies play on Kyle Field.
It also helped that Jeffery had watched former Lufkin players Reggie McNeal, Jorvorskie Lane and current coach Alton Dixon go on to great careers at A&M.
