A&M is in the process of revamping its defensive line and came up big recently with a stellar 2013 haul and a big start to 2014, landing the top in-state interior defender for the second year in a row in DeShawn Washington. The Aggies are also sitting in the drivers seat for the top DT and top player in Texas overall for 2015 in Daylon Mack.

After Mack, the 6-2, 295-pound Lampkin is likely the next best DT in Texas for 2015.
