The Latest: 2014 Van Alstyne OL Connor Mayes

Mayes released his top six schools on Friday, but, ironically, that all changed when he talked to Texas A&M offensive line coach B.J. Anderson on Saturday and received an offer from Texas A&M. A&M's is the first SEC offer for Mayes, who now considers A&M one of his top schools as well. He’s visited A&M a few times since his freshman year, while his brother Alex, who is committed to Minnesota, was visiting for a few junior days.
