SEC Post-Spring Review: Ole Miss Rebels

Perhaps Steve Spurrier doesn’t want to play Ole Miss any more.
Spurrier, the colorful and refreshingly honest South Carolina football coach, drew laughter at last year’s Southeastern Conference Media Days when asked about the Gamecocks’ schedule.
“If I made the schedule,” he said, “Georgia would be playing LSU and we’d be playing Ole Miss.”
Spurrier might have second thoughts about that. Last year the Rebels made major strides under coach Hugh Freeze.
