The early signing period has come and gone, but there is still plenty of action around the state. There have been new commitments, and there are certainly top prospects still available. Let’s jump into the latest from the recruiting front.

All-American Bowl Game Thread
The game kicks off at noon on NBC. Converse Judson DL DeMarvin Leal is the only Texas A&M signee competing in the game. He has been a terror for opponents all week and he said his goal for the week was sacks. He will wear No. 44 for the West squad. He will enroll early at Texas A&M.Texas A&M signee and Waxahachie S Demani Richardson is also on the West roster, but he will not play due to injury. He is listed as No. 33 on the roster.Houston Dekaney CB Marcus Banks lists the Aggies as a finalist and he announces today. We've said all week it looks like he will choose elsewhere. Alabama has been a popular pick. Florida and Florida State are his other finalists.Katy Seven Lakes DE/LB David Ugwoegbu is another to watch on the West squad. He is No. 56 and he will play LB today.
