'I'll wake people up': Deondre Jackson headed to A&M with something to prove
Deondre Jackson was an underrated running back throughout his time as a recruit. When he signed with the Aggies, he knew he had a chance to prove that there was more to his game than recruiting experts realized.
RB signees react to Tommie Robinson
Howell and I were able to catch up with the 3 running back signees in the 2020 class to see what they thought about new RB Coach Tommie Robinson and what they knew about him. Devon Achane wasn't recruited by LSU at running back. He said he was primarily recruited by the Tigers' special teams coach. They were planning on using him as a slot guy and returner. He's excited to get to work with Coach Robinson, though. Darvon Hubbard "It's great. Coach Robinson and I already have a great relationship as well as him and my family. He always pushes guys to be the best man they can be."Robinson recruited Hubbard down the stretch for the Tigers. Deondre Jackson "I feel great about it. I've been talking to Leonard Fournette, and I see how he developed as a player and dominated. So, I can't wait to get in the room with Coach Robinson."
