T'Vondre Sweat update
Made my way out to Huntsville this afternoon to watch 2019 defensive end offer T'Vondre Sweat and the Hornets take on the Lufkin Panthers in the final scrimmage before the season opens next weekend. Sweat called A&M his dream school. He plans on visiting multiple times during the season ahead of a post season commitment. He's also got offers from Baylor and Houston with schools like Texas, Michigan, and Penn St also showing major interest. He told me the A&M staff likes his skill set on either side of the defensive line, and he said he models certain parts of his game after Myles Garrett.Sweat would like to play college ball with his brother, 2018 DB BJ Coutee (FCS offers). Coutee said he would be very open to the option of walking on at a Power 5 school. I'll have a full audio only (dodging rain so didn't want to get camera in a bind) interview later this weekend or early next week. Also, both 2019 Lufkin prospects, ATH Breylon Garcia and DT Carl Williams both told me they haven't been in any contact with the Aggies.
