Tuesday evening recruiting quick hitters
-Be on the lookout for a very short list of top schools for Boling ATH Vernon Jackson. This is shaping up to be a two team battle between the Aggies and Crimson Tide for the versatile, jumbo playmaker.-Both Billy and I have received good intel indicating the Aggies are making up serious ground with dynamic slot WR Jaylen Waddle out of Bellaire Episcopal. I had some of the kids on campus tell me that Waddle's visit to the BBQ couldn't have gone any better. Encouraging news from the best player in the state with the ball in his hands. A&M is selling him on becoming the next Christian Kirk, and for now, it seems to be working a bit. -I was told by a reliable source yesterday that 2019 Nolan Catholic LB Nana Osafo-Mensah has things narrowed down early on with his eyes on both A&M and Stanford. He spent a lot of time with Max Wright while on campus last weekend.-Some more info on Terrace Marshall...in talking to some secondary sources, it sounds like Marshall has questions about LSU's brand of offensive football. Remember, former Tiger QB Brandon Harris is also an alum of Parkway HS in Bossier City. Could his up and down tenure at LSU be working against the Bayou Bengals with Marshall? It's certainly possible. -I expect to see some familiar names go off the board soon: Tayland Humphrey to Oklahoma St, Al'vonte Woodard to Texas, and Brennan Eagles to Texas.
