Around Texas: A round-up of recruiting news in the Lone Star State

Quick note on Loghan Thomas
Katy Paetow DE Loghan Thomas announced on Twitter that he was going to make a commitment tomorrow evening. This is looking like it's going the way of Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish have put a huge priority on Thomas in the last few months. A&M hasn't made a huge push since offering earlier this year. If the Aggies do choose to make a run in this one later this fall, I could see Thomas giving them a really strong look given the connections the A&M staff has made at Katy Paetow. Oklahoma is in the running here, as well, but my latest intel has this one leaning in the direction of ND.
