Texas A&M jumps into mix for 2023 speedster Chris Palfreeman
Speed is always in high demand, and Fort Worth All Saints 2023 WR Chris Palfreeman has plenty of it. Texas A&M jumped into the mix this week when they placed an offer on the table, and it is safe to say the Aggies have his attention.
Two in-state 2023 offers go out
The Aggies have offered a pair of junior-to-be wide receivers today. The first to report was Del Valle standout Braylon James. The 6-4, 180 pounder also holds offers from the likes of Miami (FL), Ohio State, Oregon, Arkansas, and TCU, among many others. After a great conversation with @CraigDameyune, I am VERY blessed and extremely honored to say I’ve received a scholarship offer from Texas A&M University!🔴#GigEm @SkysTheLimitWR @the_mechanic87 @CoachCBurton @GylnnJ pic.twitter.com/jZnpsiGT01— Braylon James (@braylon_james14) May 12, 2021
The second offer was out in the Metroplex to Ft Worth All Saints wideout Chris Palfreeman. Though not nearly as big as James, Palfreeman can absolutely fly. He ran in the 10.5 range in the 100m this track season. The Aggies are the first big time program to make the move on an offer, but schools like Baylor, Pitt, North Texas, SMU, and UCF had all come along ahead of A&M. Had a great talk with @CraigDameyune and I am blessed to receive an offer from Texas A&M University! 🙏🏽 @drobalwayzopen @CoachBeck_PTF @seancooper_C4 @AggieFootball @JClarkHFB247 @BALLERSCHOICE1 pic.twitter.com/qjm1KqBya1— Chris Palfreeman (@PalfreemanChris) May 12, 2021
These in-state offers have kind of been rare commodities this spring as the Aggie staff gears up to have some of their top prospects on campus next month for camp.
