Around the SEC: Recruiting News & Trends
It's time to take a look around at the biggest pick-ups on the recruiting front as well as some of the top recruiting news and notes from around the SEC. Jason Howell details that and more in this week's Around the SEC.
A pair of Saturday OL notes
Houston North Forest OL Javonne Shepherd did make it in for a quick unofficial yesterday evening. Pretty significant to get him on campus on the heels of his Bama trip and before he heads to Austin. A month ago, I'd have called the Aggies the clear leader. Today, I'd say they still maintain a slight edge, but it's much more of a fight that it has been. Also, Ferndale (WA) OL Geirean Hatchett will be in College Station on Monday. The 6-5, 280 pounder holds offers from much of the West Coast as well as Oklahoma, Notre Dame, and Ohio State.
