Changing your email address

If you'd like to change the email address associated with your TexAgs account, you can do that easily at any time; however, only one email address can be associated with your account.
  1. If you aren't already logged in, click here to do so
  2. Go to your account settings
  3. Look for your email address under "Login Information"
  4. Click the button next to your email address labeled "Update email"
  5. Enter the new email address you want associated with your account
  6. Click "Send Validation Code"
  7. Check your email inbox for a new message from TexAgs
  8. Either click the link contained within the email, or copy the validation code into the prompt on your Account Settings page and click "Submit Validation Code."

Troubleshooting

Not receiving the validation code?

If you've followed the steps above and have yet to receive an email with the validation code from TexAgs, first be sure to check all the tabs, folders, and spam filters in your inbox. Still not there? Feel free to contact us and we'll help get it sorted out.
