Starting a mostly cosmetic remodel of a house in Garland today. Scope includes:

Removing popcorn ceilings
Redo all cabinets, countertops, and vanities
New exhaust fans
New backsplash
New toilets
New blinds
New mirrors
Paint all walls, doors, and trim
Stain the fence
Repair/replace rotted exterior trim
Replace front porch post
Paint exterior doors, soffit, fascia, garage door

If redoing a house, make sure sewer lines (foundation of course)are good before fixing everything. That is a major disrupter after finishing the inside.

Our price to the client was $23,500.

That is a big improvement all over the home for $23,500.

Do you have a materials cost list that you would share? The cabinets tend to be a big cost and I wondered what you spent on that.

Yeah I feel like it was a very competitive price! Cabinets were about $2,300 from Home Depot.
