Last year, he racked up most of his stats against bad pitching teams like the royals, mariners, and orioles. He knows if he doesn't make hay now that he might struggle for awhile. Colorado and San Diego are next. Their pitching is better than Seattle by far.

So bad. If he's going to be in the lineup, he shouldn't be hitting higher than 8th. Not saying IKF would have drove anything in there, but would have rather given him the chance.
