Great recipe I use for tailgating. When you realize how good it is, you'll try to claim it as your own.



Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin

1 pork loin
olive oil
4 tsp sugar
4 tsp paprika
3 tsp onion salt
3 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander

Brush pork with olive oil on all sides. Stir together seasonings. Rub over pork to cover. Place pork on medium hot grill and cook for 10 minutes on each side to brown. Move pork to indirect head on grill. Cook covered for 70 – 90 minutes.
