A thought just occurred to me that plausibly the penultimate legal issue posed by Biden's treason/dementia might be that he lacks the mens rea to issue a pardon for himself/family members on his last day in office. I wonder if concern to such a legal challenge will be the real final push to have him exit stage 'go to hell.'
