You're being dramatic. The coaches gambled and things didn't go their way this year. Everyone loves these coaches. But there is an obvious hole in this years depth, and I'm sure they know it too. It comes with setting the expectations they have, winning championships.

Question: why was tu allowed to modify their singles lineup from when they played us vs when they played Oklahoma State? They flipped 5 and 6 for their match against them? Did not think that was allowed.

I don't necessarily contribute foul play to gamesmanship. I think he's a smart coach and knows his matchups. Someone stated the other day that Jeanette and Daria had both beaten the girls they were playing before, but it's all about match ups and he played his hand.

They were without Reese Brantmeier, which I think seriously messed up the chemistry. It's hard to make up for missing an all American.

I think the opening one in doubles and then she went out with some sort of injury. She didn't play in the loss to NC State

We drop the doubles point 1-6 and 3-6 on courts 2 and 3. Line 1 was down 3-4 but on serve. Let's just say, doubles is not a strength of this team this year unfortunately.

That was rough. Need to turn things around in singles.

Pretty evenly matched throughout the lineup. We are a little stronger at the top and they are a little stronger at the bottom. If we can split 5 and 6, we have a chance.

At this point, one strategy might be flipping doubles lines 2 and 3? Sacrifice line 2 and hope line 3 can win? Puts a lot of pressure on line 1 to win every single match though.

From what I've seen this season, we just have singles players attempting to play doubles at lines 2-3. No instincts at the net, no strategy as of yet. Lots of work cut out for the girls and this coaching staff. I hatlve confidence we can turn this around. Short season though so it'll be tough.

I think Daria needs to not go for it too much. Pick her shots and not rush them. Mix it up.

Mary splits. Heading to a 3rd. After seemingly being in complete control and up 4-2 in the second, nicole drops the second and has lost momentum in the 3rd. Lucciana drops the second. Jeanette trying to hang in there in the second.
