Presumably when healthy Splitter is still good at the things he was good at in San Antonio. Help defense and great screens and spacing are underrated in the NBA. He's never been a big scorer, but that's never been what people like about his game.

IMO, Splitter has value when playing the Clippers, Grizzlies, Thunder.
He has little value in games vs the Warriors or Cavs.

Probably doesn't matter much for Blazers or Rockets or most other teams.
